Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
While return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, exceptions may apply in cases of our error or product defects.
Since all our products are customized items, we will not be able to accept returns due to wrong items being ordered or items ordered in the wrong size.
